The KK Wellness Programme is a 30 Day Community that includes food, fitness, mindset and wellbeing.

The core principles are: eat well, workout, take care of your mindset and nourish yourself.

The objective of the programme is to enable and empower people to make their own habit transformation for both physical and emotional change and learn new healthy habits and a lot about themselves along the way.

Food

We eliminate common allergens for the full 30 days which includes: gluten, dairy, soya, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed food.

We add in quality, nutrient dense foods for both vegan and non vegan diets.

Mindset

We do not believe that it is possible to make a long-lasting physical transformation without an emotional one.

In order to create long lasting change, the group has a 30 day taskbook focused on mindset plus daily videos on mindset and lifestyle.

Supplements

The programme was created to help people make a long lasting change and increase the nutrient quality in their diet.
 
The plan is built around eliminating allergens, building up nutritional knowledge and supplementing your body.

Fitness

As experience fitness professionals, we provide home/gym training plans to speed up results.

The plans are simple to follow with full exercise tutorials. We also include bonus fitness challenges and encourage daily step count.
